JHD has developed one of the world's first truly integrated touch-based interactive LCDs - It is NOT an overlay! Our IR touch technology allows you to control your computer directly from the LCD, using your finger or a stylus enabling you to really engage with your audience.

Picture yourself in your office conference room, you have your thoughts, ideas and projected forecasts ready in a presentation on your laptop. You simply take the USB cable from the LCD and attach it to your laptop and open the software. After a quick calibration os the screen, you now have a presentation tool to convey your business forecast to your colleagues. By using your finger or a stylus to touch the LCD, you have a mouse at your 'fingertips' communication your ideas and thoughts have never been so effective.

There is no need for any special pointing device or stylus, simply touch the screen for both left and right click mouse functionality enabling you to control your computer directly from the display.

Unlike overlays or other conductive films, there is no loss of clarity with our technology. Our Infra-Red technology offers a high 4096 x 4096 resolution which can handle the most demanding of applications. With a high accuracy and quick response time, the JHD LCD is the perfect teaching assistant or presentation tool. Annotate over any application, surf the web, save you annotations and mark up, brainstorm, create presentations – all is possible with the JHD LCD.

Unlike some other touch based LCD products, our products have the technology integrated into the panel, they are not a retro-fit. In this way, we can ensure our sleek LCD panels remain that way and are not visually impaired by a cumbersome overlay or have the image degraded by a resistive film. Parallax is also not an issue with the TouchIT LCD. Where you touch on the panel is where the cursor appears, you are not a centimeter away as you can be with some overlays.

Our HD LCD comes with a 4mm protective tempered glass finish so that you will not damage the screen when you touch it. With a stylish design and sleek finish, Theocrat LCD looks at home in any classroom or boardroom.
