How to Order

You can order from us by the following methods:

1. Use our check out service online. You will be asked to complete a very simple ‘New Order’ form
2. Send your purchase order to us by email info@jameshoggdisplay.com
3. Fax your purchase order through on 01933 382745
4. Telephone us on 0845 234 0375 for a written quotation

Payment

There are two ways you can pay:

1. Credit card – Card payment details will be taken over the phone. You will receive a copy invoice detailing your transaction

2. Cheque – If you wish to pay by cheque we will send you a pro-forma invoice. Please note; goods will only be despatched once cleared funds are available. This will affect all delivery times

Your Order details

We will send you an Order Acknowledgement via fax or email.

You are asked to check all details thoroughly, sign it and fax it back on 0845 234 0375

Order Processing

You will be advised of any items that are out of stock or experiencing late delivery to us.

We will either hold the order in its entirety or put the delayed items on back order for you.

Delivery

Many of our products will vary in delivery times due to their complexity and availability. We will estimate a delivery date once each order is processed.

We do offer a ‘drop ship’ service on certain product ranges.
