1. Use our check out service online. You will be asked to complete a very simple ‘New Order’ form
2. Send your purchase order to us by email info@jhdd.co.uk
3. Telephone us on 0845 234 0375 for a written quotation

Payment

There are two ways you can pay:

1. Cheque – If you wish to pay by cheque we will send you a pro-forma invoice. Please note; goods will only be despatched once cleared funds are available. This will affect all delivery times.

2. BACS or CHAPS - Please contact the office for the required banking details to make payment.

3. Credit Card - Please contact the office to make payment over the telephone.

Your Order Details

We will send you an Order Acknowledgement via email.

You are asked to check all details thoroughly, sign it and return via email on info@jhdd.co.uk


Order Processing

You will be advised of any items that are out of stock or experiencing late delivery to us.

We will either hold the order in its entirety or put the delayed items on back order for you.

Delivery

Many of our products will vary in delivery times due to their complexity and availability. We will estimate a delivery date once each order is processed.

We do offer a ‘drop ship’ service on certain product ranges.
